Responsible Gaming

Two columns, honestly filled in: what we can do for you, and what we cannot.

What we can do

Close your account, permanently, on an email. Exclude you for a stated period, on the same email. Verify your age at registration and again during document checks, and cancel any winnings taken by an underage player. Point you at four organisations that help with the part of this we are not equipped for.

What we cannot do

Set a deposit limit for you from inside the account. There is no deposit limit control, no loss limit, no session timer, no reality check and no cooling-off switch anywhere on the site. Nothing on that list exists here, and pretending otherwise would be worse than saying it.

We also cannot stop an account being opened somewhere else. An exclusion here covers this account, and we accept no liability for losses on accounts we do not run.

Asking for a break or a closure

Write to support@lizaro.com and say plainly which you want and, for a break, how long. A person reads it and acts as soon as they practically can.

Because it is handled by hand rather than by a switch, it is not instantaneous — ask before the moment you need it rather than in it. And withdraw the balance first: an account can only be closed with no money on it and no pending withdrawal, and closing one that still holds either voids those funds.

The self-assessment

Thirteen questions sit on the site, and they are worth answering honestly rather than quickly. They ask whether gambling has cost you time at work or study. Whether a session started because the last one lost. Whether borrowing has funded a session, or whether it stays hidden from people close to you. Whether it has caused arguments. Whether you felt remorse afterwards. Whether a way of funding it has occurred to you that you would ordinarily rule out.

No scoring band, no result screen. More than a couple of uncomfortable answers is the signal.

The four organisations

No Dutch body is listed on our page.

Age

Nobody under 18 may register, and the attempt is illegal as well as prohibited. We take responsibility for verifying the age of every customer. Hand a device of yours to a young person and a filter like the ones above covers what a login screen never will.

Signs worth watching for

Sessions overrunning what you meant them to be, arriving more often than planned, or carrying stakes that went up without announcing it. Going back to win money back. Turning to it to shift how you feel rather than to spend a good hour. Stake money taken from a budget that was earmarked elsewhere. Individually these mean little; two or three together are worth a break.
