Terms & Conditions
Ordered by when each rule actually bites: before you register, while you play, when you withdraw, and if something goes wrong. The binding text is the English General Terms and Conditions on the operator site; translations exist for convenience, and a promotion's own terms outrank these where they conflict.

Before you register
Who you are contracting with. The company operating the website. No name for it turns up in the Terms, nor a company number, nor a registered office. Settlement of a legal claim or dispute happens "in accordance with the applicable Law" — with no governing law, no court and no seat put on paper. Legality lands on your side: no assurance comes from us about whether your use of the site is lawful, and reading the law where you live falls to you.
Age. Eighteen, and the legal age wherever you are, whichever is higher.
Territory. Residents of the following have no right to open an account or add funds: Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, China, Curaçao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Romania, Russia, North Korea, the Netherlands, the Netherlands Antilles, Sweden, Ukraine including Crimea, the United Kingdom, the United States, Côte d'Ivoire and Japan. The list can change at our discretion without warning, published on the site. Play from an excluded jurisdiction and you have agreed to open nothing and to shut whatever is already open. Individual games carry further restrictions under the providers' own policies — NetEnt titles run on a long separate list, and Vikings, Narcos, Street Fighter and Planet of the Apes each carry theirs.
What you warrant at sign-up. That you have never previously registered another account or received money through someone else's, and that every detail you entered is true and complete.
While you play
One account. Per person, per household and address, per phone number, per email address and per IP address. One more than that makes a Duplicate Account: its play counts for nothing, its winnings count for nothing, and a withdrawal already processed out of it is a debt. There is no selling, transferring, buying or acquiring an account, and the value hanging off one is equally shut out of transfer, pledge, trade and gift. Correct login, correct password — and every action after that is yours on paper, whoever was actually using it.
Bonuses. Every one carries a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier on the bonus or on bonus plus deposit. Absent a promotion saying otherwise, the defaults read: deposit casino bonus at x35 over deposit plus bonus, withdrawal capped at ten times the bonus; no-deposit casino bonus at x40, capped at five times; no-deposit free spins capped at €80 in winnings, then x40 over that amount.
Real money goes down first, and the bonus balance comes after it. Ten days is the window on a casino bonus, thirty on a sports bonus, and past it both the bonus and its winnings are gone. Withdraw before the wagering closes and you lose the bonus balance together with every winning it produced. With wagering behind them, the funds cross into the real-money wallet and act like any other balance.
Contribution. 100% for slots, scratch cards and keno; 10% for live games, video poker and Plinko; 0% for table and card games. There is no playing jackpot slots, Slingo or bingo on bonus funds. Special Games are named individually at 50% or 10%, an Excluded list counts for zero, and a Prohibited list stays locked for the life of an active bonus.
Abuse. Any single bet above €100 before wagering is met, low-risk patterns such as covering 24 or more of the 37 roulette numbers, moving between low- and high-weighted games to clear a requirement, two-tier betting, and delaying a round or a bonus feature to convert accumulated value. Whether a bonus is denied, rejected or cancelled, and whether an account keeps its place in the promotion programme, is at our discretion.
Inactivity. No login for 180 days makes an account Inactive, and we may charge €5 a month as an administration fee while it stays that way.
When you withdraw
| Step | What is asked for | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | certified ID — passport, identity card or driving licence | within 30 days of the request |
| Address | proof of residence, no older than three months | same window |
| Payment method | ownership proof and transaction history, bank or card statements | same window |
| Extra checks | phone call, face verification, third-party fraud and identity services | at our discretion, before or after a payment |
Assessment of a complete answer usually takes 10 days, and complex cases stretch past that. Documents pending, the payment stays put and the account stays suspended; documents never arriving, it closes for good.
Rollover. The deposit needs turnover of at least x1. Fall short and winnings may be cancelled with 10% of the last deposit kept as processing costs, floor €0.50, rising to 15% on bank card and bank transfer. Sitting apart from that is a rule declining a withdrawal where the calendar month of the request holds under €20 in wagers.
Routing and ceilings. Withdrawals go back through the funding method wherever possible, and the requested method is not guaranteed. Three pending at the same time is the ceiling. Ceilings run by level: €500 a day and €7,000 a month at Level 1 to €1,500 a day and €20,000 a month at Level 5, published in eleven currencies, with the level set by activity across the 90 calendar days before the request and dropped to the lowest after a month without bets. Any withdrawal may be cancelled on suspicion of fraud, collusion or illegal activity, and all are subject to audit, game-play review and account verification.
The balance itself. Not a bank balance: not insured, not asset-backed, earning no interest. By depositing you allow us to debit fines or dues owed from it, and you agree not to charge back. Our discretion sets the deposit floor and ceiling, and the Terms fix no figure at all. Taxes and charges on winnings are yours.
Refunds. Exceptional. Twenty-four hours from the transaction is the deadline for a request, 10 business days brings the answer, and a refusal is automatic once the deposit or its bonus has gone into a bet. Calculating a refund starts by taking bonuses and winnings off the top. Fund the account by credit card and withdrawal requests up to the total deposited may come back as refunds against those purchases.
If something goes wrong
Closing an account is by email, and only with no remaining balance and no pending withdrawal. Closing one that still holds a positive balance or an open request voids those funds. That same address handles self-exclusion; disclosing other accounts and leaving new ones unopened is on you, and losses on accounts outside our control carry no liability for us. Turning down an account, or shutting one, needs neither notice nor justification from us.
Complaints land on customer service first, and anything they cannot settle on the spot climbs internally. Take a disputed answer in writing to the complaints address from the registered email, subject line reading COMPLAINT plus the reason, body holding a detailed summary and the specific dates and times. Answering that is a Complaints Resolution Committee, inside 10 days, with room to extend on unusually complex cases. Unsatisfied with the outcome, you get a pointer to external dispute resolution options — the Terms name no body.
Fraud or illegal activity under suspicion opens the way for us to notify government bodies, other operators, service providers, banks, card processors and payment providers.
